We are engaging Content Writer & Editor to provide expert contributions to a customer’s project focused on text quality and AI evaluation. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Assess the clarity, coherence, and accuracy of written content to ensure it meets project standards.
2. Conduct detailed writing evaluations, providing constructive feedback for continual improvement.
3. Identify and annotate AI-generated content, focusing on detecting “AI slop” or low-quality, artificial text elements.
4. Review and edit documents for grammar, syntax, structure, and tone, maintaining high-level English proficiency throughout.
5. Collaborate remotely with project coordinators and other specialists, offering actionable editorial insights.
6. Contribute written analyses and recommendations to enhance the overall effectiveness of AI model training datasets.
7. Complete assignments within defined project timelines, ensuring consistency and reliability in deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven experience in writing, editing, or evaluating text-based documents.
2. Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field; or prior experience teaching English.
3. Native-level proficiency in English, with exceptional attention to detail in both written and verbal communication.
4. Demonstrated ability to discern nuances between human and AI-generated text.
5. Prior involvement in projects requiring content assessments, editorial reviews, or quality assurance.
6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote engagement.
7. Availability in the Australia / Asia Pacific time zones for optimal project coverage.
